The successful candidate for the Collection Agent role must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Call Center Collection Agent 
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and committed in delivering results

In order to be considered for this Collection Agent role the responsibilities are:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, advice and influence customers on the payment options
  • Overcome objections that customers may have about payments toward their account and help them understand their accounts and responsibilities
  • Adhere to the company's policies, including Code of Ethics and applicable regulation
  • Aim to keep customer complaints at a minimum level
  • Maintain and update account information and complete appropriate documentation
  • Follow up on the dispatch of Collection letters sent to delinquent customers and update contact information
