As a CRA you should be able to:

  • Perform Monitoring Visits (SDV, ITF Update, Drug Accountability) including Monitoring Reports in a timely manner
  • Perform Site Selection, Site Initiation and Site Closure visits
  • Resolve issues at site level and in collaboration with the Project Team
  • Ensure that project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and in accordance with project management of allocated clinical trials
  • Support submission of necessary documents to local hospitals and the authorities including the National Institute of Health
  • Ensure that the Study Staff is adequately trained in ICH/GCP and follows the ICH/GCP requirements in all the steps of the process
  • Be able to communicate scientific information both internally and externally (to KOLs and Site Staff)
  • Have a high Quality Approach in terms of Clinical Research Processes
  • Have a strong Business Ethics Approach in terms of Business Processes


In order to be considered for the CRA role, the requirements are:

  • Professional experience of 2-3 years as CRA
  • Life Sciences Degree (BSc) or Relative Post-Graduate (MSc in Life Sciences)
  • Experience in working with SOPs
  • Advanced knowledge of GCP
  • Computer literacy: intermediate IT skills and PC systems and equipment management
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business and Industry Understanding
  • Ability to be focused on and a team player
  • Emphasis on detailed design and implementation of the work
  • Good time management skills
  • Professional with Personal Leadership, Integrity and Business Ethics
