As a Client Service Agent you are expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services:

  • Handle and resolve clients’ incoming queries in timely and friendly manner via telephone and emails
  • Communicate and monitor all processes of potential or existing clientele to ensure high quality services are maintained
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures
  • Offer ideas to existing clientele so as to promote their business in the most targeted and appropriate way
  • Maintain solid client relationships with professionalism
  • Coordinate information flow between all departments to ensure clients’ satisfaction
  • Support the Sales Department in all administrative tasks
  • Identify and escalate situations that require special attention
  • Prepare and submit credit lines of the clients  
  • Maintain records in the CRM system  with the highest standard of accuracy at all times
  • Adhere to company's policies and guidelines to guarantee business communication model alignment


If you are considering this Client Service Agent role you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in B2B business
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone/mail
  • Excellent PC skills & computer literacy
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered as an asset
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Able to coordinate multiple resources and tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and respectful with commercial acumen
  • Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • Cross-functional collaboration and multitasking
