The main duties for the Civil/Surveying Engineer position are:

• Preparing studies and progress reports related to specific projects
• Daily use of software required to complete the corresponding studies
• Providing support to clients regarding project studies
• Studying and issuing building permits through the e-adeies platform
• Documentation, adjustments according to Law 4495/2017, issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Building Electronic Identity (BEI)
• Technical project studies - Topographical, Architectural, Structural, Electromechanical, Economic-Technical, Environmental, as well as supervising their construction
• Knowledge of the General Building Regulation (ΓOK) / New Building Regulation (NOK)

For the position of the Civil/Surveying Engineer, you must have the following qualifications:

• Degree in Civil or Surveying Engineering
• Desired postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD design software 2D/3D

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Planning, organization, and initiative
• Responsibility, result-oriented focus, practicality, and engagement

1-3 years of experience in a similar role
