As a Chinese/Greek speaking Back Office Assistant, you will:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software
  • File and retrieve corporate records, documents and reports
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

qualifications

The qualifications for this Chinese/Greek speaking Back Office Assistant are: 

  • Fluent level in Chinese & Greek
  • Business English
  • PC literacy
  • University degree preferably in business studies
