As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will:

• Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial statements
• Participate in the tax management and tax planning of the company
• Summarizing Group accounting results by collecting information,coordinating preparation of annual closing activities,consolidation procedures
• Improve internal controls, accounting standards, enhance processes and reporting capabilities, including forecasting to ensure rapid growth and expansion
• Develop, maintain and ensure delivery against KPIs, business plans, financial models and budgets
• Build the technical infrastructure and control environment to support the company’s hyper-growth
• Support and participate in the management of the banking, non-bank financing and insurance relationships for the company
• Other administrative responsibilities as needed

As the ideal candidate for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you need to have the following skills:

• BSc degree in Accounting / Economics or in any other related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience,industry experience will be a plus
• Proven record of mentoring and developing talents in a global environment
• Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity and be a champion of change
• Problem solving and decision-making capacity in a high growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to build new capabilities, with a process orientation
• High emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within and outside of finance
• Passionate and persistent about operational excellence
• Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, tailors communication to the audience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines
