As a Business Operations Analyst your primary responsibilities will be:

Business Planning

• Commercial Execution Planning (CEP Marketing PLan) & Landing
• CEP / Marketing Budget Control and Reporting
• Investment Budget / Empowerment Funds / End Customer Investment Funds (ECIF) Tracking

ROC Management

• Local Rhythm of Connect (RoC) Governance (Weekly Sales Insights; Monthly GM Calls; Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Townhalls)
• RoC Readiness & Execution (Content prep from MSXI and alignment with Sales leaders, M&O Lead, Finance Lead, Sales Operations)
• Scorecard Tracking and Alignment with the Cloud BG on Scorecard management

Local Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) Champ

• Alignment with the CEE CPE Lead and Local Sales Leaders on the Annual Survey

You will work with

• Marketing & Operations Leader
• Finance Leader
• BSO Leader, Business Group Managers, Central Marketing Operations (CMO team)
• Sales (Segment)Leads
• Area CPE Lead
• Area and Sub leadership

The ideal candidate for this Business Operations Analyst position should:

• Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) in finance, economics, accounting or marketing
• Be adept in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Is Fluent English and Greek
• Has analytical skills, be able to understand and generate insights from reports
• Can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders 
• Has beginner planning and organizational abilities and resolution and negotiation skills
• Can work independently, handle multiple requests in a timely manner
• Experience and deep knowledge within Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance
• Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Deliver end-to-end data analysis and actionable strategic insights
