As a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Prepare the sales plan and achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate business agreements and coordinate all the resources needed
  • Identify new opportunities and retain long term relationship with clients
  • Responsible for developing the business in existing customers and acquiring new customers in core banking sector in Eastern Europe


If you have the profile of the Business Development Manager we are looking for, you need to have:

  • Experience in the IT Sales of Financial industry solutions (preferably Core banking systems)
  • Experience between 4 to 6 years
  • English language is a must
  • Ability to travel 60-70%
  • Proven track record of sales excellence
  • Knowledge of territory/accounts assigned preferred
  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Preferably with a post-graduate degree
  • Self-motivated, independent & organized
