As a Business Development Manager you will:

  • Identify potential clients and create relationships with the decision makers within the client organization
  • Target large and major accounts from all industry sectors
  • Create from scratch potential clientele and focus on business development
  • Identify and engage qualified prospects by seeking leads from new customers, networking and developing other network sources to generate sales leads
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting and reporting, and managing the prospect pipeline
  • Create, maintain and leverage customer relationships
  • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Ensuring all proposals are completed within required timelines, guidelines and procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management


The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will possess the following:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of digital products and e-business services
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode
  • KPI’s driven and a highly motivated attitude towards direct communication
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • PC Literacy, extent experience in CRM software
  • Availability for multiple sales visits
