As a Business Developer focused on On Trade outlets in Greece, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong business relationships within the Horeca sector. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote our products and services, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets by effectively engaging with Horeca establishments across Greece.
The Business Developer - On Trade will be responsible for the following achievements:
1. Market Penetration:
- Identify and target potential Horeca outlets, including Café/Bars, hotels, restaurants, and catering services, within the Greek market.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Proactively reach out to Horeca outlets to introduce our brands, showcase their value, and negotiate sales agreements. Prepare and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing commitments from Horeca clients.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, bartenders, owners, and managers within Horeca outlets.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our Portfolio, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Articulate product value propositions and provide expert advice to potential clients.
