As a Brand Portfolio Specialist this role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Support the development and implementation of the Brand and Portfolio plan of the brands under competence
• Manage the brand planning communication in collaboration with different agencies
• Monitor the execution of the annual portfolio and brand communication plans
• Post evaluate all different actions of the annual plans, so as to derive learnings & propose relevant improvements
• Monitor and analyze the competition and market dynamics and transform them in collaboration with I&I into recommendations & actions
• Manage packaging changes in alignment with internal and Group stakeholders and procedures
• Understand the target consumer and the main insights of the market
• Support the development of Brand Activation toolkits and mechanism in collaboration with Consumer Experience pillar

In order for your profile to match this Brand Portfolio Specialist position you need to have the following: 

• University degree in the field of Marketing, Business, or similar, preferably at post-graduate level
• Experience in digital and e-CRM marketing activities will be considered as an additional asset
• Proficient computer skills
• Very strong organizational and project management skills partnered with innovative and analytical mindset
• High sense of responsibility and resilient with hands-on approach
• Excellent written and spoken English

• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry
