responsibilities

As a Brand Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Review brand(s) performance and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Set objectives and recommend strategies. Recommend level of A+P expenditure per brand to meet objectives.
  • Provide immediate superior with the recommended marketing mix and detailed set of consumer and trade activities for brands in responsibility. Propose justified optimal allocation of agreed A+P for brand(s).
  • Write and present to management the annual marketing plan(s)
  • Prepare media and creative briefs to agency based on brand(s) pre-agreed communication strategy, objectives, market situation. Encourage agency understanding, motivate effective output and recommend media plans to superior.
  • Manage plans implementation and evaluate, review, report on efficiency, performance.
  • Secure the strategy, objectives and specific guidelines understanding. Report regularly to immediate superior on progress. Evaluate and propose amendments if required.
  • Work closely with sales and trade mkg to ensure that brand key selling points are clearly understood and used by the sales force within the overall sales system.
  • Work closely with sales and trade mkg depts on quantitative brand(s) targets by area and channel.
  • Continuously evaluate brand(s) performance.
  • Collect all necessary pricing data on a regular base from trade mkg, personal trade visits, compare relative brand’s pricing to identify areas of change/improvement.

requirements

In order for your profile to match this Brand Manager position you need to have the following skills:

  • Post-graduate level education, combined with 3-6 years of marketing experience.
  • Team player, creative, commercial sense, problem solving, analytical, structured, good communication skills, good presentation skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent written and oral skills, both in Greek and English.
  • Good knowledge of the Greek Market (preferably FMCG).
