Are you an experienced Boutique Manager in luxury goods? Are you interested in joining a world's leading company in the field of luxury goods? As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service. The position is full time and permanent, based in Athens.

responsibilities

As a Boutique Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit boutique staff and ensure an efficient integration
  • Communicate, federate and motivate the boutique team around the corporate strategy and vision
  • Set individual objectives, evaluate the individual performance, identify potentials within the team 
  • Supervise on a day-to-day basis the After Sales team
  • Make a diagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment and define dynamic annual action plans to achieve sales targets
  • Guarantee the implementation and regular monitoring of the action plans and amend modifications if necessary
  • Optimize boutique performance and profitability
  • Monitor boutique KPIs
  • Be responsible for the respect of all brand and corporate policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Supervise the boutique back office and administration
  • Oversee the boutique maintenance
  • Be the warrant of a unique and high professional client service within the boutique
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions
  • Act as an Ambassador of the company and build direct contact with VIPs

requirements

The ideal candidate for the position of Boutique Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar role in luxury goods
  • Fluency in English (both oral & written)
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
