responsibilities

As a B2B Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Business development, account management and cross-selling activities
  • Implementing the commercial strategy in order to deliver growth while securing business continuity and competitiveness
  • Maintaining and improving the overall relationship with the company's clients
  • Analysing clients' needs in order to present the products or services that will cover them
  • Maximizing cross business synergies and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations and planning meetings with clients
  • Preparing and submitting technical and financial proposals to clients
  • Monitoring projects’ progress
  • Maintaining satisfactory after-sales relationships and developing long-term relationships with clients
  • Conducting market research and competition analysis

requirements

The ideal candidate for the role of the B2B Account Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • University Degree ideally in Chemical Engineering; an MSc Degree or an MBA would be an asset
  • At least 2 years working experience in sales in the industries of polymers, gas, chemicals or any related market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate with a variety of partners
  • Commercial sense and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Availability to travel
