As a Assistant Store Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate and execute the corporate retail strategy
  • Deliver the highest standards of Brand Presentation execution & operational efficiencies
  • Managing the store environment to ensure it represents the brand, complies with visual directives and is effectively maintained
  • Proactively track & monitor competitor activity & share opportunities
  • Share ideas & solutions to optimize performance by working with the store team
  • Drive a ‘customer first’ culture and lead the team to maximise store performance and profitability
  • Using all available reports to guide and support decisions to drive the growth and development of the business 
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing expenses to budget
  • Setting and communicating clear goals and expectations to all team members to deliver KPI results
  • Delivering coaching, training and constructive feedback on a regular basis
  • Support the hiring & development of talent to meet the business requirement
  • Acting as a brand ambassador within the store and in the local business community
  • Managing and maintaining a safe working environment


The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Store Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar role in retail clothing
  • Fluency in English (both oral & written)
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Passion for fashion
