key responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for airport managers, reporting operational needs and requirements on a daily basis to the Clusters Heads
- Supporting the Heads' of Clusters in coordinating multiple projects across various departments, such as HR, technical, and others
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure timely progress of ongoing projects
- Monitoring project timelines and milestones, reporting progress and potential challenges to the Heads of Clusters
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation needed for project reviews and updates
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, guidelines, and quality standards for all assigned tasks and projects
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure all necessary actions are completed and issues are addressed promptly
- Handling ad-hoc administrative and project-related tasks as needed to support the Clusters Heads' towards the overall efficiency of the operations
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Project Coordinatorrole, should have:
- Bachelor’s/University degree will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (a nice to have)
- Fluency in Greek and English

- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, admin or management support
