responsibilities

As an Assistant Brand Manager in this role, you will:

  • Set the strategy together with group Product Manager for the product categories of own responsibility, including planning, monitoring and evaluating the actions as well as propose, plan and implement effective promotional activities nationwide
  • Monitor the market to achieve plans of product categories of own responsibility (volume, tonnage, market share and profitability)
  • Conduct field visits and studies the market and the competition in order to evaluate plans and possible battle plans for product categories of own responsibility
  • Design quantitative and qualitative research, performs overall assessments and prepares briefs in order to present in commercial meetings or appropriate forums and meetings
  • Prepare presentations for monthly forums & business reviews and is able to present
  • Responsible for the design of new products through the NPD process (stage 1/2/3/4) for product categories of own responsibility, including market research, concept brief, forecasting and packaging materials
  • Responsible for planning corporate communication projects and events to support of responsibility in the market (domestic or foreign)
  • P&L responsibility, evaluation of national activities (ROI)

In order for your profile to match this Assistant Brand Manager position you need to have the following skills:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience and preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
  • Relevant Master degree is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • SAP Knowledge will be considered an asset
  • Perfect knowledge of MS- Office environment.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Working very well in teams Prepared to take Accountability for tasks and activities involved with
  • Able to lead teams and work within teams- teamwork
  • Drives performance to exceed expectations – Playing To Win
  • Has Business Acumen and an understanding of business issues
  • Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills
