As an Area Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Accurate route planning working in close cooperation with the company
• Efficiently handling scheduling problems that may occur both with BAs and PoS
• Organize a thorough induction plan for new hires and ensure its proper execution
• Have deep knowledge and understanding of the program – execution, priorities & mechanism and be able to transfer that knowledge to his/her team
• Organize the induction program for new hires and execute the Agency’s parts of it
• Produce reports using the relevant tools in order to monitor the programs KPIs and take corrective actions if necessary 
• Evaluation of his/her team through quantitative & qualitative results  in order to develop the BAs’ skills and drive the results
• Recommend program improvements and new ideas
• Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
• Ensure that Company and Agency’s procedures are being applied

The ideal candidate for the Area Supervisor position will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree or equivalent, a Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
• Fluency in English and Greek, written and spoke
• Expert user of CRM systems, Analytics tools, MS Office (especially Excel)

• Communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Punctuality and time management skills
• A high level of sense of responsibility
