      Tasks of a German Service Desk Agent:

      • Act as a technical service point in 2nd Level Support
      • Maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
      • Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
      • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems  
      • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations


      Requirements of a German Service Desk Agent include: 

      • Excellent English and German are a must
      • Experience with computers and print devises
      • Customer service-oriented and cool-tempered profile
      • Have a communicative and outgoing personality
      • Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
      • Ability to learn new things, to take ownership and work in a fast-paced service desk environment
