responsibilities

A Senior Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for all the below:

  • Front line liaison with customers dealing with orders, returns and deliveries
  • Order products and shipment materials as appropriate
  • Process accurate order activities taking under consideration quantities, timelines, expiring dates and other special requirements
  • Ensure products are timely and correctly delivered to 3PL and then to customers by selected carriers
  • Monitor customer claims and complaints related to product delivery, quality and quantity  in collaboration with Quality Assurance
  • Report to local authority daily sales and importations
  • Contact 3PL warehouse and manage customer deliveries in Greece and Cyprus
  • Collaborate with 3PLs and closely monitor inventory movements
  • Make weekly reports regarding sales and inventory
  • Ensure system is updated for new prices, rebates, discounts and any special modifiers when appropriate
  • Prepare invoicing on time ensuring the accuracy of the data in collaboration with finance department
  • Work closely with finance for manual credits and supports finance in claw back process
  • Communicate with pharmacies and wholesalers concerning order payments and credit issues
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance and ensures high standards of products
  • Use systems for internal requisitions and follow up for both Greece and Cyprus
  • Implementation and monitoring of production planning processes to ensure product availability at any time for Greece and Cyprus
  • Responsible for the monthly preparation of the demand and forecast process
  • Actively participates on monthly TCs for order to cash and forecast inventory reconciliation meetings
  • Monthly reports to ensure availability of products for the Greek market
  • Participate in the country of origin process and  attends relevant meetings
  • Works in total compliance to the current company's policies and the greek law

requirements

For this Senior Customer Service Specialist positions you have to possess:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field will be considered as an extra asset
  • minimum 4 years of work experience in customer service on logistics or supply chain field
  • previous professional experience in pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an extra asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional use of ERP systems; Oracle EBS, SAP or similar
  • Hard-working and enthusiastic with excellent organizational, analytical skills
  • Proven ability for effective prioritization and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in specific timelines
  • Proven ability to show initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to travel abroad and represent Greek affiliate in Regional meetings
