As Application Support Engineer you will become member of a company that provides IT solutions to very large accounts in 8 countries (banks, telecoms organizations, private companies etc.). You will join a team of experienced professionals and your duties will be the following:

  • Check, analyzing, investigate and defect issues by customers (1st and 2nd level or support) or check the quality of the deliverables of development team
  • Support and monitor the progress of the customizations and product development
  • Consulting: Implement, test and document projects including various solutions, conducting business analysis, putting into production and training key users


In order for your profile to match the Application Support Engineer, you need to have the following skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in SQL or any or scripting language
  • Knowledge of XML
  • Customer orientation
  • Strong will for further improvement
  • Good communication skills
