As an Agile delivery lead, you will:

• Guide one or more Scrum teams; Acts as a Scrum Master facilitating all scrum ceremonies across delivery teams;Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of the roadmap items, while maintaining inter-team alignment;
• Promote Scrum / Agile principles in the Scrum teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements; Participate and share knowledge as well as promote best practices;
• Coach Product Owners, team members and business leaders;
• Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum;
• Remove impediments and distractions to optimize teams’ performance;
• Capture and report team performance metrics.
• Set objectives for and manages multiple projects within a division.
• Understands estimation processes and provides insights to the estimates of the project team;
• Maintains the documentation of the deliverables across all delivery teams;
• Identifies issues / risks, escalating in advance where necessary;
• Maintains a pragmatic approach always leading the delivery teams to successful completion of tasks;
• Cooperates with other colleagues on issues and processed that require cross functional cooperation;

The main requirements for this Agile delivery lead position are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relative field;
• Previous working experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in a technology environment; relevant certification is desired
• 4+ years of relevant experience within information technology roles with increasing responsibility in designing, delivering, and maintaining large-scale, global systems & platforms
• Understanding of technology - Language and Applications (previous experience as a developer will be considered as a plus);
• Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams;
• Active participation in a culture of teamwork and quality;
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
