As a After Sales Service Support you main responsibilities will be to:

  • provide full scope of administrative support to the service sales representatives and to after sales service department at all times
  • communicate with b2b customers to resolve issues and answer queries on a timely and professional manner
  • process and maintain service level agreements and check accuracy of data
  • control and review the ERP platform to ensure suppliers records are properly updated
  • monitor and coordinate projects via daily reports, time sheets and compile important reports
  • maintain and organize all the information in the CRM platform in an efficient way
  • create and proceed with purchase orders, delivery to the customer and initiate billing process
  • liaise and cooperate cross-functionally with colleagues internally and externally to ensure high qualitative service


For this After Sales Service Support position you need to demonstrate:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support or other commercial supporting function roles
  • computer literacy and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
  • fluency in English both written and oral
  • able to coordinate multiple resources and tasks
  • outstanding customer centric professional approach
  • team player spirit, be self-driven and stimulated by new challenges
