As an After Sales Service Manager you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supervision that quality & services, meets the expectations & needs of clients.
  • Developing the existed accounts/customers networks.
  • Maintaining contacts and other tasks for customer satisfaction ensure (dealers & end users).
  • Responsibility for profits and results, sales and promotional activities, budgeting.
  • Maximizing sales on ongoing basis, provide the highest possible standard of customer services.
  • Supervising all post-marketing, customers follow-up, and business plans, related the professional kitchen and laundry. Replacement market.
  • Analyze problems, investigate and resolve.
  • Monitoring utilization of projects and efficiency.
  • Ensuring customers problems solved quickly. Conduct surveys.
  • Relationship with suppliers, clients and channels.
  • Contracts renewals, records of references.
  • Developing programs for maximum customers satisfaction, provide updates, statements and trends.
  • Implementing annual business plan.
  • Ability for training the dealers network, by organizing programs and participate in workshops, outboard.
  • Assisting clients in resolving issues of relevant nature, on point.
  • Directing and coordinating the customer services operations of the dealer network.


For the After Sales Service Manager position you will need the following skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar field. Preferable technical.
  • 3 years at least experience in after market operations.
  • Very good English knowledgement and Greek.
  • Professional appearance, environmental, health and safety oriented. Ability for travelling and interest of identifying new action fields.
  • Problems solving skills. Follow up customers.
  • Computer skills, excellent (+SAP).
  • Effective verbal and written communication. Essential environment. CRM.
  • Goal oriented and highly organized, as individuum and as team member.
