responsibilities

The ideal Administrative Assistant will have the following profile:

  • Assisting with updating calendars of the Legal team
  • Setting up and monitoring conference calls and meetings of the Legal team as needed
  • Handling calls and messages for the Legal team as needed
  • Assisting with filing and maintaining of archive, both electronic and hard copy. Retrieval of documents as requested
  • Scanning a high volume of documents and saving them in accordance with certain agreed standards
  • Assisting with the execution of documents (including via DocuSign)
  • Proving the Legal Department with ad hoc administrative support (including corporate documents maintenance
  • Assisting with the Legal Department’s invoicing process

qualifications

The ideal Administrative Assistant will have the following profile:

  • Fluency in English and Greek (writing, reading and speaking) is a must
  • Experience in law firms, legal departments or the banking sector will be a plus
  • High level of proficient in MS Office Applications (mostly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and be resourceful
  • Organisational skills
  • High level of discretion and a clear understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Adaptive to a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills and ability to work well and collaborate with others
