Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant, well-versed in a variety of office tasks, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, organized and resourceful? Do you have multi-tasking skills? We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be supporting the GM of a well-known consulting company. If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you!

responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing administrative tasks including complex calendar management for a high volume of internal and external meetings, management of travel arrangements, and completion of expense reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, briefs, presentations, and packets for internal and external meetings  
  • Receiving and screens incoming mail (including e-mails) and telephone calls, redirects messages or provides initial response as appropriate
  • Devising and maintains office systems including data management and filling
  • Cooperating with the external accountant regarding the invoices

requirements

In order to be considered for this Administrative Assistant role the requirements are:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both written & oral)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics, will be an asset
  • Self-starter who is driven and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion 
  • Knowledge of insurance quotations & insurance policies, will be an asset
