key responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the company running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- email and phone screening for the company
- prepare meeting rooms and assist in event coordination
- act as the hub of internal communication, ensuring that information flows smoothly between departments, teams, and colleagues
- create and present detailed progress and status reports to help the teams stay informed and make data-driven decisions
- take charge of office procurement and inventory management. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, contributing to a productive work environment
- collaborate with the accounting department by assisting with data entry and record-keeping
- be responsible to create a welcoming and productive atmosfere for us by emphasizing on the importance of a clean and organized workspace
qualifications
The requirements for this Administrative Assistant role are:
- university/college diploma
- computer literacy
- excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language
