responsibilities

In order to be considered for this Administrative Assistant role the responsibilities are:

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to all team members
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Format of reports (progress reports, design reports, proposals, etc.) provided by team members
  • Submit reports and prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials as assigned
  • Filing of financial, office and project related documents
  • Create, update, and maintain records and databases
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Office Manager and other members of the company
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies

requirements

In order to be considered for this Administrative Assistant role the requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Driving license (category B)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to work without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of Office Management Software (ERP etc.) will be considered an asset
