    Among your duties as an accountant in this company will be:

    • Postings on GL Accounts
    • Postings on Purchases (Local WH, Direct Deliveries Inter-Company)
    • Control Expense Claims process through the internal platform
    • Fixed assets register & reconciliation.
    • Preparation of VAT, VIES, INTRASTAT and Withholding Tax returns.
    • Verify vendors’ subledger accounting balances.
    • Sales, Purchases and COGS reconciliation
    • Ensure proper authorisation on purchasing process(purchase to pay)
    • Deliver proper documentation (Invoices, Delivery Tickets, reconciliation
    • tables) to the Finance Officer on Ext. Auditors’ requests.
    • Ebooks process, submission of outgoing Invoices, reconciliation of expenses

  • qualifications

    To be an ideal candidate for the accountant position, you should have:

    • Accounting/ Finance University degree
    • 4-6 years experience in accounting department
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Familiar with ERP
    • Excellent command of English language(spoken & written)
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Ability to communicate at all levels
    • Proactive, ability to operate effectively with minimum guidance
    • Ability to challenge processes and implement improved working methods
