What your tasks will be in this Account Support in German role:

  • Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email & telephone (by prioritization)
  • Performing account analysis & taking actions as required
  • Promoting available products & new features services to account owners
  • Developing & maintaining excellent relationships with prospective & existing clients
  • Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results


You’ll be an excellent fit in this Account Support in German role in case you possess:

  • Excellent knowledge of the German language
  • Advanced level of English 
  • PC literacy & excellent typing skills


  • High adaptability in dynamic fast-paced working environments & rotating shifts
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-centric mindset


Client handling experience (in the financial services sector) would be considered as an asset
