responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the position of Account Manager include:

  • Manage and expand the company's clientele, mainly for system integrator products
  • Development of plans for new sales channels and identification of new sales opportunities to existing customers
  • Negotiation of offers, taking into account the sales strategy and goals of the company, as well as the specific characteristics of each customer
  • Monitoring and achieving the established sales objectives
  • Monitoring the competition and researching sales opportunities
  • Continuous training and knowledge about new products of the company and in the market
  • Customer service and resolution of problems or complaints in cooperation with the relevant departments of the company

requirements

In order for your profile to meet the requirements of the Account Manager position, you need the following skills:

  • Previous proven experience of 3-8 years in sales of technology products and ideally system integrator or business software with a network of customers of private companies in the logistics or the industrial sectors
  • AEI-TEI level degree ideally in Computer Engineering or similar
  • Excellent written and oral knowledge of English
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Professional approach and positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
