You will be joining our accomplished team of Recruitment Consultants in our multilingual specialsm.

As a Recruitment Consultant in our multilingual team, you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with sourcing and matching new candidates to our multilingual roles. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing and publishing job adverts
  • End to end candidate management including;
  • Screening and assessing candidates for appropriate positions
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitable for clients
  • Screen and assess candidates with various assessment tools
  • Coordinate interviews with clients
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline within your scope of specialty
  • Utilize new technologies to find best candidates
  • Contract management 


  • Ideally you will be a graduate in HR or business related field
  • Fluency in English and ideally in Greek (as well as native language in one of the following:German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Swedish or Russian)


  • You're confident to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates or clients
  • You are driven and love to work in a supportive team environment
  • Ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
  • You love to hit goals and targets
  • You are a team player
  • You love to be involved in various projects to expand your knowledge
  • You are willing to invest time and effort to become an expert in your field
  • You have attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • You have the ability to build strong working relationships.


  • 1-2 years full cycle recruitment experience

educational requirements
