responsibilities

As a Payroll Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collect and review time sheets and other information  
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
  • Process and issue employee payslips, verification and statements  
  • Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system(s)
  • Provides customer support to employees on payroll matters
  • Keep track of leave time (such as vacation, personal, and sick leave) for employees
  • Composition and management of employment contracts
  • Coordinate and monitor benefits (such as fleet management, travel arrangements, ticket restaurant vouchers, mobiles, etc) for employees 
  • Filing and archiving 
  • Polish your labor and payroll expertise

requirements

The ideal candidate for the Payroll Administrative Assistant position will be required to possess the following: 

  • University and/or Master Degree 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a demanding role (strictly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • You are targets driven and thrive on the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You have strong business understanding & technical aptitude
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work
