responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you will be accountable to (but not limited)

  • Support the HR function improve the employee experience and satisfaction
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Process rewards, benefits and payroll such as salaries, fleet, private insurance
  • Participate in employee's induction and 
  • on boarding plan 
  • Support with the administration of a learning management system (LMS) and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Employee service such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations 
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

requirements

The competencies needed to be a successful HR Generalist at Randstad is to possess

  • 3 years HR and Payroll experience in a fast paced international environment to include recruitment, hiring, policies,  
  • Positive impact to all employees  
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Team player and spirit 
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Knowledge and the ability to expand knowledge of Greek labor matters and payroll
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability and persistence to meet deadlines 
  • Passion for results
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • English business language is required and used throughout the work
  • Promoting core values; demonstrates actively Randstad’s group core values, ambassador for the brand
