  • Manage and post daily content on social media platforms (facebook, twitter, linkedin, Instagram, etc)
  • Create valuable content relating to our industry/target audience for blog, website, newsletter, direct mail campaigns and social media as well as print materials
  • Production of image designs and videos relevant to our industry and corporate identity for use on website, social media, direct mailings and print media
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies with regards to SEO, analytics, mobile and social
  • Build and nurture relationships with key divisions (internal) to promote their services and support their needs
  • Conduct research on HR industry trends and create/present monthly data and trend analysis for management
  • Creation of advanced presentations
  • Creation of short videos for promotion on social media
  • Management and creation of social media activities
  • Coordinate and organise event logistics for company meetings and events (internal & external) to the Randstad standard
  • Assist with proof reading and copy writing
  • Translate industry related articles from English to Greek and vice versa


  • University/Master Degree 
  • At least 2 years experience in a multinational environment (highly preferred)
  • Experience with content creation and blogs
  • Technology savvy (software and applications required to fulfil the responsibilities)
  • Experience in creation of Google ads campaigns
  • Previous experience in social media management, post creation, building social media presence and have technical aptitude
  • Exceptional writing and editing ability (Greek & English)
  • Management of client budget and campaign results (ROI)  
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent translation skills English to Greek and Greek to English
