Randstad Hellas, one of the leading providers of HR service providers in the world, is proud to announce its support for the organization Career Fair.4all, the first Career Day for people with disabilities in Europe that will take place on 10 March, 2016 at Technopolis, Gazi. The Career Fair.4all is initiated globally by the voluntary platform GloVo - Global Volunteers and GloVo.4all.

Career Fair.4all aims to create a new work culture that will gradually form the organization of similar activities which will take into account the actual capabilities and skills of the candidate, regardless of any disabilities they have and as long as they do not affect the work duties requested.

Randstad is committed to supporting socially sensitive initiatives and passionately supports this innovative idea, through a) having an active presence on the day of the event and b) an interactive candidates' preparation workshop before the event which will provide, among other things, guidance regarding how to prepare a CV and effective professional profile as well as tips for a successful interview.

Randstad invites colleagues and partners to support this worthwhile effort, which fills an important gap in the labor market and leads to the gradual elimination of discrimination and the integration of people with disabilities in the workforce.

GloVo is a global platform that brings volunteers together with events and volunteering activities that interest them and organizes its own social activities. GloVo was founded three years ago with more than 6,500 volunteers and more than 150 partnerships. GloVo.4all is a new dimension of GloVo that leverages the existing momentum to integrate people with disabilities in volunteering and thus in society.
