As a Recruitment Consultant, you will source, evaluate and match new candidates to serve our large and well-known clientele. Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • End to end candidate management including the below
  • Actively sourcing and screening candidates with various assessment tools
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to present to the client
  • Taking full advantage of our database and Linkedin network
  • Participating in meeting with clients to discuss job specifications
  • Supporting clients with the interview coordination
  • Creating and increasing a strong talent pool to support efficiently various projects
  • Taking initiatives to support the growth of our Business
  • Working as a true Randstad ambassador, promoting our values and professionalism


As a Recruitment Consultant, you need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or any relevant degree
  • Having an MSc is just nice to have
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
  • Previous experience in a similar role or any other customer service role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects
  • Excellent multitasking skills along with a personable/professional approach
  • Previous experience on social media platforms and especially LinkedIn
  • Ability to use and take advantage of the tech tools Randstad offers

Proven work experience in call centers, collections, customer service positions would be consider
