The Randstad Hellas team is growing! We are searching for a great Junior Recruiter identifying and recruiting IT candidates and who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

As a Junior IT Recruiter your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and reinforce relationships with IT candidates
  • Searching and sourcing from multi databases for open IT positions  
  • Maintaining and managing information within company system about candidates 
  • Source and connect with developers and IT candidates  
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues on recruiting strategies
  • Provide candidates with superior candidate service 
  • Research for alternative sourcing channels


The ideal candidate for the Junior IT Recruiter will need to possess the following:

  • University/Master Degree 
  • Specialism in the IT, development, coding (highly preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing (highly preferred)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital, phone and social sourcing (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in English and Greek
  • You are a people and sales person who makes conversation easily
  • You are targets driven and ​thrive on​ the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You are more than a little competitive (in the good way!)
  • You have strong business understanding and technical aptitude
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work
