The Randstad Hellas team is growing!  We are searching for a great Job Sourcer on a fixed term contract (3 months) to ensure HRS’ job sourcing activities are properly developed.

  • CV sending speculatively and in targeted positions/openings, follow up to openings, informing participants  
  • Arranging the Outplacement workshop schedule and preparing all the facilities needed for each workshop (room, coffee, laptop, etc)
  • Keep track of the participants'CV sending and specific openings  
  • Responding on requests, materializing and/or allocating the follow up calls
  • Searching for adverts (leads) and send Outplacement participants
  • Cold calling companies speculatively to identify needs  
  • Providing assistance to the HRS team when needed


  • University and/or Master Degree 
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • 2  years’ experience (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • You are targets driven and ​thrive on​ the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You have  business understanding & technical aptitude
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work
