αρμοδιότητες

As a Benefits and Onboarding Administrative Assistant, you will be accountable to:

  • Coordinate and administer internal procedures for the company’s liability to the public sector 
  • Coordinate and administer benefits processes (fleet management, private insurance, car leasing processes)
  • Comply and enforce local employment legislation 
  • Coordinate new hire activities regarding their hiring process, onboarding, and contracts
  • Gather, validate and process paperwork which is to be signed and kept by new hires
  • Communicate company and hiring details to newly hired employees 
  • Communicating with new hires to ensure smooth transference into the workplace
  • Collect all data pertaining to a business' employees
  • Maintain and/or create administrative and personnel files, including sorting, labeling, filing, and retrieving documents, or other materials.

προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Benefits & Onboarding Administrative Assistant will need to possess the following:

  • University/Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of ERGANI system
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • You are targets driven and thrive on the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You have strong business understanding & technical aptitude
  • You are organized and manage your time like a professional
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener, and not afraid of hard work
