We are searching for a great Administrative Assistant - Receptionist.

αρμοδιότητες

The responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant - Receptionist are diversified:

  • Greet and service visitors and candidates (phone and visitors to the office)
  • Be the point of contact, information desk for all incoming visitor requests 
  • Coordinate couriers – receiving and sending of envelope/parcels
  • Monitor schedules and calendars
  • Receive and order office supplies
  • Support candidates with information on how to register online or how to undertake their online tests
  • Respond to candidate enquiry emails via company site
  • Log incoming client enquiries
  • Upload and monitor adverts on job boards 
  • Translation of press releases – Greek and English
  • Content marketing including writing blog posts  

προσόντα

To be successful, the Administrative Assistant - Receptionist skills are

  • University/Master Degree preferably in MME 
  • At least 1 year experience in a multinational environment (highly preferred)
  • Technology savvy (software and applications required to fulfil the responsibilities)
  • Exceptional writing and editing ability (Greek & English)
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English
  • Superior attention to detail
  • You are targets-driven and enjoy the pressure of meeting and driving results
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You are a flexible person and enjoy working in a fast-paced and team environment  
  • You are passionate, ambitious and results-orientated with high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work
