As a Training Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop professional skills of employees via designing, implementing, and delivering Training programs.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions according to operations demands and needs.
  • Deliver training activities on a variety of topics and areas of expertise.
  • Develop training content based on operations and/or client requirements.
  • Maintain and track pre/post-training reporting using company's training tools.
  • Propose training program improvements to cover identified training needs.
  • Adhere to company's Training Process and policies.
  • Propose Training Process amendments to optimize it and ensure its smooth implementation.
  • Identify relevant actions and oversee the development of members of the Training team.


The ideal candidate for the Training Coordinator position should have:

  • Communication skills, including communication at executive level.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-pace and deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding and knowledge of global training standard, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to establish strong and lasting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and develop reports to track KPIs and metrics.
  • Training content development, including training lesson plans and visuals.
  • Having 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer.
  • Previous contact center experience will be considered a plus.
  • Training or Coaching certification will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent demand of English language
  • French speaker will be considered a plus.
