This is a Technical Εngineer Advisory position within a multinational company, world leader, in automatic controls and smart home systems. Are you a passionate, energized, and flexible technical engineer advisor? Then our client may be looking for you!

As a Technical Εngineer Advisor, in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Direct Telephone Help Desk Support (Professional Customers) 
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide through digital tools, accurate, valid and complete technical information according to customer requests 
  • Regular training and updates in all products and services offer 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Redirects issues beyond scope to relevant departments and follows-up both internally and with customers
  • Identifies proper product usage and suggest corresponding devices and techniques
  • Solves customer issues by following written instructions and procedures and conveying them to the customer
  • Investigating and providing solutions to customers inquiries with high level of complexity 


The position of Technical Εngineer Advisor, is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

  • Proven working experience of at least 1-3 years of relevant work in a customer service department or call center environment handling customer requests
  • Previous experience in customer support in telecom or high-end technological products will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of digital methods and techniques (Familiarity with CRM systems, apps and other practices)
  • Technical Education (ΤΕΙ, ΑΕΙ)
  • Intermediate command of English language
  • Technical expertise with analytic & practical thinking by providing the right solution needed
  • Interpersonal and listening skills (Ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters)
  • Digital communication skills 
  • Problem analysis and problem solving 
  • Stress tolerance (Handle the stress of multi-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively)
