Your will be responsible for coordinating the customer service team that provides customers support, resolve complaints and proceeds with ordering. As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • assisting with the daily call center functions and the overall operations of the customer service team
  • ensuring that exceptional level of support is provided to clients with a primary focus on high quality service
  • monitoring the overall team's performance and design call center strategies to improve client's satisfaction
  • demonstrating an understanding of customer service reporting metrics in terms of call center efficiency and productivity
  • providing regular updates on volumes, escalations, and procedures to the manager
  • proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities and offer solutions
  • escalating customer issues and concerns in order to achieve successful and timely resolution
  • supporting, motivating and empowering team members
  • adhering to company policies, procedures and high standards


For this Senior Customer Service Coordinator position you have to possess:

  • 3-5 years  professional experience in senior customer service roles
  • very good English, verbal and written 
  • exceptional knowledge of MS Office
  • strong customer centric approach and detail orientation
  • computer literacy and ability to use on-line systems for input, maintenance and inquiries
  • excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead, coach and mentor staff
