αρμοδιότητες

As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Developing existing and establishing new customer relationships
  • Identifying, setting up new channel partners and overseeing revenue model
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
  • Coordinating sales stuff for door-to-door sales
  • Leveraging multiple sales channels to maximize territory revenue
  • Delivering customer presentations and attending sales meetings
  • Continuously assessing market for new opportunities/leads
  • Communicating all relevant information about new products and services to partners
  • Working on cross selling opportunities
  • Researching the target market and finding companies to target
  • Visiting customers on field whenever required
  • Creating reports for upper management

προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Sales Supervisor position will be expected to possess the following:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the energy and/or telecommunications sector
  • Proven working experience of driving channel sales
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant field
  • Excellent written and oral command of English language
  • People management skills and experience in leading successful sales teams
  • Excellent presentation skills and advanced communication skills
  • Analytical skills for preparing financial proposals and conducting P&L analyses
  • Ability in negotiation and problem-solving 
  • Customer-orientation, team-spirit and results orientation
