The role of the Sales Representative is to:

  • Achieve the annual targets: volume, distribution, call plan, merchandising standards
  • In depth knowledge of his territory, agents, POS, competition in order to implement effectively all trade activities and propose innovative actions and ideas
  • Manage effectively the assigned agents and retailers through continuous support and consultancy
  • Ensure brand availability through his respective customers and retailers via regular visits
  • Apply territory management & channel strategy in his/her assigned area in order to identify all the opportunities that arise and further on to exploit them appropriately. Build & maintain excellent relationships with key customers
  • In depth knowledge of IT tools, maintenance of customer profiles & competent use of IT tools in order to produce accurate reports. Furthermore analyse all available data in order to implement trade activities appropriately
  • Prepare agreed reports based on his/ her activities (calls, trade activities, distribution) vs YTD progression. Also provide feedback about trade activities and evaluate in order to suggest alternative proposals of implementation


The Sales Representative should have the following:

  • University Degree
  • 2 years of sales experience  in FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial Sense
  • Negotiation skills
  • Fluency in the English language
