As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicates daily with targeted number of existing and/or potential customers via personal visitations, or alternatively by phone, email, or fax, as per customers convenience
  • Keeps updated with new market developments, and targets  new potential customers in our business field
  • Maintains an organized relationship with his/her own clientele, and closely follows up, internally, the materialization of our contractual advertising obligations towards our customers
  • Constructs customers’ contracts for own clientele, and follows up for signatures and contracts’ returns and materialization 
  • Develops and internally submits daily memos and reports in reference to customers’ contacts, discussions and related issues or internal instructions.
  • Follows up closely our invoicing to, and customers’ payments, as per mutual contractual obligations
  • Follows up closely the materialization of our contracts towards the customer
  • Picks up and submits internally our clients’ materials needed for production of their advertisements
  • Communicates frequently with customers, and with production internally, regarding the process and progress of our contract
  • Complies and follows up with his/her own set daily program of visitations, and related office workload
  • Follows up the procedures and obligations’ timetables as set at company’s policies and procedures principles, related to customer contact, sales reporting, daily and weekly sales visitations program, communications procedures, deadlines, customers’ monetary obligations, debt collections, etc.


The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following:

  • University or TEI degree, preferred (proven sales/results oriented experience could substitute)
  • Experience in B2B lead generation required - preferably within the advertising, media or press sector
  • Literate in new technologies and basic work related software packages (salesforce)
  • Good knowledge of the English language preferred
  • Good report writing skills
  • Interpersonal, organisational, negotiation and time management skills
  • Post sales relationship and maintaining skills
  • Active listening and presentation skills
  • Self confidence
