Are you a B2B Sales Representative?

As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own sales related activities in dedicated market
  • Identify major opportunities and develop a sales plan to achieve targets in nominated areas of responsibility
  • Build appropriate level relationships with prospects
  • Complete thorough investigations into target company operations
  • Develop commercial proposals in line with the company's policy, offering newest solutions, procedures and processes
  • Engage and cooperate with other company teams to convert opportunities and implement company systems
  • Respond quickly and effectively to problems and shortfalls and be pro-active in this
  • Maintain and improve the process to solicit customer feedback and identify trends
  • Comply with the safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Participate in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.


The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following:

  • Degree or Diploma in Commercial/Marketing is required
  • Master in commerce (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience preferably in supply chain or project, related in selling services to large organisations with complex decision making processes (hunter profile)
  • Existing client portfolio and senior relationships in FMCG and Retail sectors will be a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English with the ability to interact effectively
  • Personal Competencies: Business acumen, Drive for results, , Learning on the fly, Dealing with ambiguity, Comfort around senior management, Interpersonal savvy
  • Experienced in the application of MS Office, strong numeracy, gifted presenter
  • Worked successfully in a matrix structure
  • Goal Driven
