      αρμοδιότητες

        As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

        • Appointed to grow the service maintenance business via new business opportunities and through the securing of existing business via service maintenance agreements and repair/modernisation works.
        • Responsible for Deploying the Existing Installation strategy to achieve the objectives of responsiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability
        • Sets objectives for his team in line with the Branch/ region objectives and bases on the guidelines provided by the company
        • Supervises the team leaders and the sales team and technicians to achieve their targets, Customer satisfaction, Contracts conversion, contract price
        • Assesses skills and competency for his team  and uses various intervention like coaching, on the job training.
        • Achieves the monthly quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue, contribution  & Product Line Result
        • Responsible for ensuring deployment technical training and technical circulars for maintenance staff
        • Ensures deployment of maintenance people/ resources to all the operating locations, so that there is a balance between contract fulfillment, productivity and meeting customer expectations

        προσόντα

          The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

          • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or any other Business Management Degree preferred
          • Must have 5+ years of sales managerial background in a similar position within the elevators sector and preferably in repair and maintenance
          • Must have customer and local market knowledge and have an excellent communication skills and networking ability
          • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and excellent reporting and presentation skills
          • Strong attention to detail and Customer experience focused
          • Excellent MS Office skills
          • Strong project management and managerial skills
          • Strong influencing, partnering and communication skills
          • Very strong organisational skills and able to operate a dynamic environment
          • Approximately 20%-30% travel will be required
