As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Builds plans to deliver profitable national sales
  • Analyze business, creates action plans and gains buy-in with store management, teaches business acumen
  • Directs workforce management activities.
  • Builds talent by attracting, hiring, developing and retaining top talent through proactive succession planning efforts
  • Provides feedback to direct reports and holds them accountable for their goals and job responsibilities
  • Manages operational execution and brand standards
  • Ensures all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing programs and promotions, the accurate completion of all sales transactions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources
  • Leads change and innovation


The ideal candidate for the position of the Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • At least 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager in multi-unit retail industry environment 
  • University/Bachelor Degree or Master's in Business relevant area 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
  • Strong talent management skills
  • Team building and management skills
  • Ability to network and create relationships while working efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to travel frequently through the year
